Black drawing salve is known to facilitate wound healing and has been used for centuries to pull splinters, venom, and other issues out of the skin. The powerful pulling action of this salve can draw infections to the surface of the skin - it can also pull venom out of bug bites and stings. Important: During warm seasons, we highly suggest that all tallow products are delivered to an address where items will NOT sit in the heat for long periods of time as tallow begins to melt at 95 degrees (and can melt at lower temps if in direct sunlight). Placing your tallow in the fridge helps to harden its contents if it has melted. Melting does not affect the quality of the product, but will change its consistency and volume (if using whipped tallow, for example).
