Continental U.S. orders under $100 ship at a varying rate of $7.50 - $16.90, with free shipping over $100. Free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after all discounts have been taken. When paired with a merchandise purchase, gift certificates do not apply towards the free shipping threshold.
Alaska, Hawaii and non-continental U.S. Territory shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Both UPS and USPS rates are shown when available.
Orders going to P.O. boxes are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. APO, DPO and FPO also ship via United States Postal Service; rates are calculated during checkout.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and may take up to 5 business days depending on proximity to Oklahoma (see map below). At our discretion, we may also send via United States Postal Service.
Please note that transit timelines do not include the day of shipment.
We will send an email with a tracking number to the address you provide to let you know when your products or gifts have been shipped. If you have an email filter, please add "any” email@example.com into your allowed senders email list so you will receive order confirmation and UPS/USPS tracking information.
Please be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, unless specifically requested. To ensure Saturday delivery, please call us to place your order, as our shopping cart is not set up to make those calculations.
Our shopping cart can only calculate shipping for orders shipped in the United States.
OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If something is wrong with your order, we want to know. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an approved exchange authorization. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box) as well as pictures of your damaged items. Arvesa will get back to you with 1) exchange approval/denial; 2) instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.
Generally, all sales are finals. We accept exchanges on case-by-case situations. Damaged items may be exchanged.
To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept refunds.
