How we do it: we create a decoction of organic mullein leaves and raw apple cider vinegar, and then add organic raw honey to the finished product.

Suggested Use: take 1-2 droppers full, daily, for respiratory health, and up to 4 droppers daily during cold, flu, or lung stress. Can be given to children over 1 year old. Dosage varies and is highly individualized. All consumers are encouraged to do their own research.
